Literature Text

Staring at the clock, watching the hands turn slowly
Every minute passes like a year
Everything in life seems to be turning over
Caught in your own despair
You try to find a shred of light
A small glimmer of hope
But the chains around you pull tighter
You've nowhere left to go

So what's the use of living
If it's filled with this much pain
You're patient and diligent and play by the rules
But you never win the game
Seems everyone is tossing you
Like an old rag doll
All the dreams you've ever built are now nothing but a blur
I've been feeling very depressed lately. And as usual when I have a wide range of emotions, I wrote something.
I may add instrumental to this later and make it a song.

NOTE: I promise I am not anywhere near suicide, just depressed.

Thanks for reading

I know life might seem tought, but believe me when I'm saying, it WILL turn out right. It might seem like you've patient enough, but you never can. Good things take YEARS AND YEARS to happen, that is, if you're willing to get up every day, smile, and make them happen. I hope things get better for you, stay strong!
